700 Denson is a multifamily project completed in 2024. The challenge of this site was to locate six individual condominiums on a former single-family lot of 7000 ft.² in central Austin. Our design solution included two buildings one north building with 2 two bedroom units of approximately 1100 ft.² and a front building with 4- three story units measuring 1400 ft.². The main design challenge was to create livable workable spaces in a footprint of 12 feet across.
